"All went really well. We have used them 3-4 times so far and will continue to use their services as long as we have carpet. We have 4 large long-hair dogs that shed and they cleaned the carpet, then did it again because they didn't feel like they had gotten all the dog hair out without anyone having to ask them to do that.
