Details to follow-in four sections: 1. I noticed the water coming down from the ceiling after 10 PM and worked through Home Advisor for a recommendation. Reece reached out to me immediately and enthusiastically agreed to heading over right away. He arrived, took off his shoes without my needing to ask, quickly and calmly getting emergency services in gear.
