Dave was my advocate dealing with my insurance company and getting things rolling. Could not have done it without him. I thank my local fire dept for calling them in because I would not have known where to go. They showed up at the scene of my wall collapse and sured up my home to make it safe to enter within an hour. "Art himself answered the phone the first time I called and quickly scheduled a visit, making the trip in the aftermath of a serious snow storm. He quickly alleviated our fears. Told us we were doing a great job removing the mold we found on our exposed basement ceiling and that what we feared was mold on the insulation in our finished walls (the reason we called) was just soot from an improperly installed pellet stove (which we thankfully have not run since buying the house). As worried as I was, he could have taken us for thousands, and he didn't. Gave my husband pointers on keeping the ceiling mold in check. Didn't charge us a dime for the visit. Will not hesitate to call him back if we run up against another mold/water damage issue in the future."

"Mold damage was more extensive than I had hoped. Extra outside services were advised. Not sure all of those recommendations were needed."
