"Great customer service, workmanship and effcient1"

"The service went well. They were running late, and they called and told me they were running a late. They asked if they could arrive a half hour late. I said yes, and they did so. They removed and disposed of the insulation. They also cleaned the mold from the wood and walls. And they set off an air based mold killing product too kill anything they could not see or reach. So far, so good."

"Joe showed up right on time and was at my home for an hour. He inspected my basement and offered varying options to solve my problem. He was extremely helpful in offering solutions and advice. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was seeing, answered all of my questions, and gave me excellent advice about how to proceed. What impressed me most was that I never felt rushed or pressured into unnecessary services. He was respectful, kind, straightforward, and genuinely seemed interested in helping me. He went above and beyond what I expected and gave me a much better understanding of the situation and my options. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who combines expertise with honesty and great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Buckeye Remediation to anyone dealing with a mold or moisture concern in their home. Five stars and highly recommended!"

"They were able to come out the same day which was fantastic! The woman who came out was very professional and through. She tested the area in question for wetness then went up to the bathroom to test the area. She told me that unfortunately I would need to probably fix my gutters and drywall to correct the issue but they do not do that type of work. I was very thankful for her advice and regretted that I could not use them for service after they drove all the way to my house. I would definitely use them in the future id anything comes up."
