"We had a sewage backup issue that required remediation and restoration. After speaking with 4 different companies, we decided to go with Restoration1 Lincoln Park, and are very happy that we did. They were very communicative, worked hand in hand with our insurance company to process our claim, and were always super responsive whenever we needed something from them. Their pricing was also very competitive for both restoration and remediation. While I hope we never have to deal with this issue again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, knowing the high level service we received from start to finish."
