"We found out in the middle of the day that our water heater has caused flooding in the lower level. While the flooding was only 1 to 2 inches, we were really afraid that things wont dry out properly and it will cause mold in the property. I looked up on Angies List and selected George's company after reading the reviews. I called George and while he was away from the region, he managed to get one of his workers to our place within a few hours. Starting next day, George came out to our property with his worker and measured the water levels using his tools and then directed the worker to start working on the remediation. They finished the job in about 2-3 days. I was very satisfied with the level of their professionalism and would highly recommend this company to any one interested in quality water remediation.
Some of the things that I loved while dealing with George include:
-- He was always available via phone and answered questions with patience (and I can ask a lot of questions).
-- He told me that he would deal with the insurance company directly. I talked to my insurance people and they have told me that Geroge is in contact with them. However, because of this, I have no idea of the final cost of the service.
-- George's worker was very professional and hard working. He did his job really well, collected all the garbage and thoroughly cleaned the area.
