"The employees were respectful and knowledgeable with the services provided. Completed in a timely manor with a fair price"

"Had good experience. I have addressed my concerns regarding our recent kitchen remodeling and Todd made sure to check everything and assure me if our house is fire hazard free."

"Tri State Flood sent the work to Property Restoration Inc. so this review is about my experience working with Property Restoration Inc. The team from Property Restoration Inc. was great - showed up early, did a thorough job cleaning up a water leak in a finished basement and provided professional advice and follow up. A+ team!"

"One of the standout aspects of modern was their service was great. Their crew arrived promptly each day, equipped with the necessary tools and materials, ensuring that the project stayed on track and within the proposed timeframe. Moreover, at the end of each workday, they meticulously cleaned the work site. This respect for my property and consideration for my day-to-day life was greatly appreciated."

"Excellent professional service! Dave was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He cleaned three different types of flooring in my house and they all look and smell great. Furniture was moved, tarps were put down and he was very diligent and knew exactly which machine to use. Easy to schedule, no hard sells, and extremely satisfied with the service. I will definitely use Clean Bee again!"

"He had a cancellation and was able to come out the day I called. He verified that we actually didn't have mold growing in the one area. Since that area was connected to an indoor hot tub room, he checked the tub room just to verify that all was ok in there. He gave me some tips on preventing mold in that tub room and informed me about some other areas to watch (as this was in the basement and we have had water get inside with heavy rain) and I asked him about some marks on my basement ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be calling if need for future services."

"Very pleased with the service we received. They were extremely accommodating with working around our holiday travel schedule and completed all the work in a week. They painted the rooms in the order I asked and had no complaints about the makeshift barricades I erected to keep our little kids out of the way. The painters were all extremely friendly and polite, spoke to each of my children, and we shared several laughs. The painting was completed to our satisfaction and they made recommendations that we incorporated into our design. I will hire them again the next time we need any services they provide.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
