He took the time to answer all of our many questions. Because further testing must be done to determine what remediation would entail, we did not talk about cost. I can't therefore speak to how that might compare to others who offer similar services. What I can tell you is that I was very impressed. I can't imagine finding someone whom I felt more confident in as far as their knowledge and integrity. I am grateful to him for his generosity in time and for the direction he gave in how to proceed.
