Rick drove 2.5 hours to my house the next day, on a Saturday! He is very professional and prompt. The whole process was explained before hand, and in a few days, I had a quote, not just an estimate. Not one dollar above was agreed upon, no surprises. If he says he will be there, he is there. He definitely goes above and beyond. I wish all contractors were as honest and hard working as Rick is. "The services were performed in a professional manner.  All four bedrooms were cleaned to my satisfaction.  However, this company charges by the room instead of the square footage.  Therefore, if I wanted to get small closets cleaned, they were going to charge me as if they were cleaning another room instead of a small closet.  I did not get any further services from them.  As a matter of fact, I called Angie's List to get recommendations for another company to perform the remainder of the services I needed.  All in all the services provided were excellent and the representative was friendly and professional.  He performed his job very well.

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
