He was quite personable, and my normally-antisocial husband even responded to conversation. He knows his stuff; earlier in the day, we had a house cleaning service that had spilled Windex on the carpet, and Jim was so very thorough in cleaning that. For the work, his prices are very reasonable, and we will be calling him again the next time we need our carpets cleaned or ductwork done."
