"Rick was great.  I called after hours and he immediately returned my call.  It wasn't an emergency but we had just received word from our Realtor that the inspection indicated a severe mold/moisture issue.  He set an appointment for the following morning and when he thought he was going to be 10 minutes late, he let me know.  He came in and did a complete visual inspection and explained everything he saw to me.  He then took readings of the moisture levels in all areas of concern.  He sent me pictures of all the readings on his meter to show that they were all normal.  He answered all my questions and explained all the options.  He followed up with me that day with an estimate and an explanation of the meter readings.  He could have sold me a lot of work based on what the inspector had said but he didn't.  He was very honest and upfront with what little work needed to be completed.  Would use him again."
