"Thank you for cleaning and rehabilitating my family basement. Working with Brian and his team took a lot of the worries out of dealing with the catastrophe we encountered with a sewage backup lately. They worked quickly and effectively. I hope I won’t need to require their services again, but in the unfortunate case I do, I’ll least know we’re being taken care of."

"Exceptional service and expertise. IICRC license, Professional, punctional,. Came to our rescue during flood crisis. Torriental rain and four more days forecast - get help fast and avoid complications. Flooding is bad enough."

"The company was great they were able to get a lot of recovery on my foundation for my garage that has been sliding down a hill for years. They used the helical pier method which raised and supported the foundation. Really impressed with the experience it came out great."

"Great work, quick turnaround, and amazing customer service. Couldn't be happier. A+ Company, I say that as someone who works with contractors all day as a Industrial Project Manager. Next time I have a personal home improvement, I'm going to bypass getting multiple estimates and just go with Dry Maxx Ohio, Inc."

"Great. The employee, Tyler, was very professional and kind!!!! It was the best experience I’ve had with a cleaning service. I’d recommend them to all."

"Fast and friendly service pros."

"Ray is very knowledgeable about home improvement/ disaster repair. From A to Z there is nothing he and his crew canâ t do. Iâ m a first time home owner so I didnâ t really know what to do but Ray did. He took care of communication with the insurance company and made sure that everything that could be covered was covered. The crews are extremely polite and professional. Nobody wants to go through the nightmares of home restoration or home improvements but with Ray and the crew of Onpoint Restoration itâ s more like a dream come true."

"We had the siding of the back of our house and gutters washed. The quality of work was excellent, better than expected. The pros even went back up to go over a few areas that needed more work and willingly did so. The only area that could use a little improvement for customer service is in e-mail communication where response was slow and it took several e-mails to try to get scheduled. I suggest calling as response there was fast. I will use this company again, they are very friendly and professional."

"I used the duct cleaning service. Because of the unique challenges involved it took several visits and extra equipment in order to complete the service. Everyone involved was helpful, the job went well and I am pleased with the entire experience."
