"We hired Mitchell group for an entire deck replacement. From start to finish, this company was knowledgeable, punctual, professional, and very efficient. Mitchell was personally on the jobsite at least once a day. Special shout out to Sam and Alex for building the perfect deck exactly the way we wanted it. We highly recommend Mitchell Group, we would definitely use them again, their work is immaculate, and their cleanup is complete. They definitely get 5 stars from us."

"Jim from Holy Rollers submitted an estimate to us and was very professional & thorough. I will be looking them up for further jobs needed & definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an upstanding company and professional job to be done."

"Darrin was great. He arrived on time and finished the job in 2 days. He did a great job installing the doors and cleaned up after himself. He was even willing to go to Lowes to exchange a door that ended up being the wrong size."

"It was worst customer service experience I have had in my life. I am not one to post bad reviews but I felt this was necessary. I called in initially. I was told I would get a call back for an evaluation that morning. That afternoon, I had not heard anything, so I had called them back. I was transferred to a guy who identified himself as the owner. After asking me about the project, he discovered that I had some knowledge about decking, and at that time, informed me "this wasn't going to work". When I explained to him my knowledge was in fact very minimal, he proceeded to tell me that there are tons of other companies that would do it, and to call someone else. He then hung up on me mid sentence. They definitely do deck repairs and replacements. I was planning on getting a full deck replacement, so it wasn't too small of a job. It is very alarming that the second I said my company does very smalls decks for people with disabilities, he froze, got emotional, and hung up."

We have used No Despair Home Repair previouslly.  As always, this project was excellently done.  This weas the biggest project Ron and his crew has done for us.  Ron does a great job of listening to what we want and then producing that result.  He makes excellent suggestions that are well worth considering.  His work aleays exceeds our expectations.  Ron is easy to work with and flexible in making any needed changes.  Ron was quick to return when it was necessary to resolve a couple minor problems.  We are already planning our next progect.  I would highly recommend No Despair Home Repair for any type of work around the house.

"As a small Interior Design Studio I have high expectations for the people who enter my clients homes and bring my projects to life. My Handyman was referred to me by a colleague and I couldn't have been more delighted! Not only is Trent extremely organized and efficient with his projects but as fast as they moved they never once cut corners! All of the crew was wonderful and very good at what they do. I've already hired them for another job and am looking forward to many more projects with them!"

"They were all professional. They were great with my kids and worked very quickly. They said they could have it done by Saturday but were done by Friday.
