Since that work had to be done after the demolition of the original deck, the work of the two had to be coordinated. The other contractor did not quite adhere to the schedule, and that held up the project overall a bit, but Steel Penn folks were willing to reschedule the various parts of their work, so the net effect was smaller than it might have been. We are very pleased with the new deck. They did a great job, and left a very clean worksite. One of our neighbors is already planning to call them!"
