It went fine. Dave came to Peoria to do our job and did a very good job on the doors. I was not the supervisor but was told everything was done according to the condo boards liking and that right there tells me the most because we have some board members who expect high quality work and they got it . Dave the owner is someone who will not accept any work associated with his company AOM or his name be anything but top of the line. As I said before he is very good at what he does . He came here to refinish the entrance way on the front of the our building Chateau Touraine. He sanded off all the old stuff and put new stain and sealer on the doors and spruced up the wood areas around and above the main doors. The whole area is now back to what it use to be. I am not sure when the doors were installed but I know they are back to looking almost new again. I guessed that the doors are about 12-15 years old. Like I said before Dave and his employees are always there to please and have hit a home run with us again. I am sure that I will be hiring AOM again to do more work in my condo and I am sure the condo board will be doing the same. If you need a company that does many different things then give AOM a call and see what you think.

"I am not a fan of having people in my house to do work.  That said, I could not have asked for a better experience with Crawl Space Solutions.  We just bought this house and every time I walked in, I smelled a cottage-y smell.  Not horrible, but bothersome.  Especially to my asthma. After a few estimates, we decided on Brian Flannagan's company.  They worked quickly and efficiently.  They arrived when they said they would and the price didn't change, even after they needed more cement.  I have never had a crawl space in my home, and the one we had, terrified me.  I was NEVER going in it.  I now look forward to getting a nice access door to start storing extra stuff that we have not unpacked.  Brian's crew leader, Willie, showed me what they were doing and where they were at with completion.  This company is solid and Brian was a great guy to do business with; returned phone calls right away and answered every question I had.  I don't recommend very many companies; this one I would not hesitate to tell everyone about.  So nice to walk in my house , with no musty smell.  Thank you, Brian!"

"We contacted them; they sent out someone to replace the glass.  I mentioned the temperature not being efficient and they checked both ovens because I was having to use one of the other ovens because of the cracked door, and that yes indeed that filament wasn't heating properly.  While they were here they checked the filament in the oven with the broken glass in the door and that one wasn't heating properly, so the technician reported that we might need a new oven.  And I guess after them finding out that there were no parts available, they supplied us with a new oven.  That was something we were wanting to do on our own some day.  So they replaced our oven; we were happy with that.  We were able to replace an ugly oven that had other issues, it was missing some of the trim, and it was probably the second oven for this older home.  For their price, I think American Home Shield is about average; I mean, they're a typical home warranty company.  They're not cheaper than anybody else.  I had to call them to find out that we were getting the new oven.  We had the technician out, someone was gonna get back with us, and about a week went by and I had to make a phone call and find out that they were gonna give us an oven. "
