"The original installation work was of very poor quality which led to the failure of bottom pin and separation of the veneer. Chuck had a look and clearly explained his plan for the repair and the estimated cost. He replaced hardware and the supporting block of wood between the veneer panels. The project was out of scope for our DIY skills/tools. We are very pleased to have this door reinstalled and functioning again. Bill was per the estimate. Highy recommend Chuck for your next handyman project, we will be calling him again."

"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

"Our car was broken into and the rear passenger window was smashed. I called several glass installers to find someone who could come as soon as possible as this is our only car. Greg made adjustments in his schedule to accommodate me and was able to come the day I called. He let us know when he was coming and arrived within the time frame given. He came to our house, vacuumed out the broken glass, removed the temporary cover my husband had used, installed the new window and cleaned the glass and surrounding area thoroughly. He also worked with our insurance company to arrangement for payment. Greg was friendly and helpful. Though we hope to never have another break-in, we would contact him again."
