Windows on Washington (Zach) took the time to measure and discovered all of my doors were a non-standard size by 4" each, which I independently verified (star 1 for WoW). Then they offered several options, to include competitive pricing on a competing bid (star 2 for WoW). Ultimately we "settled" on low maintenance 5-point locking doors with exterior keyed locks, which only WoW offered as an option (star 3 for WoW). For the installation they worked around the unusually rainy season and our schedule to get them installed. We knew we had wood rot in the old door frame, but they (Young Kim and crew) also repaired part of the housing structure at no additional cost (star 4 for WoW). Finally, they offered us 12-months with Zero percent financing (star 5 for WoW). We did have a few issues along the way, but once I communicated with WoW they (Cathy Mejia) were incredibly helpful and worked to make things right... what more could anyone ask for? I WILL BE using them again to replace the front door and a few other items on my fixer upper. I HIGHLY recommended this team!"
