It went fine. Dave came to Peoria to do our job and did a very good job on the doors. I was not the supervisor but was told everything was done according to the condo boards liking and that right there tells me the most because we have some board members who expect high quality work and they got it . Dave the owner is someone who will not accept any work associated with his company AOM or his name be anything but top of the line. As I said before he is very good at what he does . He came here to refinish the entrance way on the front of the our building Chateau Touraine. He sanded off all the old stuff and put new stain and sealer on the doors and spruced up the wood areas around and above the main doors. The whole area is now back to what it use to be. I am not sure when the doors were installed but I know they are back to looking almost new again. I guessed that the doors are about 12-15 years old. Like I said before Dave and his employees are always there to please and have hit a home run with us again. I am sure that I will be hiring AOM again to do more work in my condo and I am sure the condo board will be doing the same. If you need a company that does many different things then give AOM a call and see what you think.

"Periodically when we would get a heavy rain or a rain that came from one particular direction we would get seepage in our basement.  I have made calls from time to time over the years about this and have been told on more than one occasion from various companies that we would need to have a drain tile system put in.  Mucho bucks and lots of mess.  I was a bit hesitant to do this because my sister had this done and even though it took care of her seepage problem, she had a major mess when the project was being done.  So, I dealt with the seepage.  However, lately, I've been getting tired of dealing with the seepage and decided it was time to do something.  So, I called Crawlspaces.com earlier this month and they came out and fixed the crack along the wall.  The gentleman who repaired our crack was Joey White and I was told he is their crack specialist.   All I can say is that he is very personable and really knows his job.  He did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend both him and the company.  I haven't written sooner because I wanted to wait and see until after we had some rains to be sure that this fixed my problem.  With all the rain we've had this past weekend, not a drop of rain was in my basement.  And, because I mentioned that I was an Angie's List member, I was offered a substantial discount that they were offering at that time.  Way to go Crawlspaces.com. "
