He was thorough in assessing the situation in our bathrooms, and provided helpful education and information. He ultimately repaired the grout in 3 bathrooms and referred me to another resource for further (more extensive) repair work in one of our bathrooms that was outside the scope of his services. He notified me via text when he was on his way and how long he expected to be there. He protected the areas he worked in and was neat and cleaned up the areas afterwards. He also assisted in removing a shower door in anticipation of another contractor who was to begin work in a couple of weeks."
