"The scheduling and installation went as expected.  Windshield used was better than OEM quality.  Windshield didn't seal on passenger upper corner and leaked into headliner after going through car wash.  Greg attempted mitigation of leak which failed.  Greg agreed to remove, reuse and replace the same windshield no charge in accordance with his warranty.  A lack of Greg's responsiveness resulted in getting the windshield replaced again by a Ford dealership which cost around $500.  Greg reimbursed me for a little more than half the original $300 cost of the windshield as a good faith gesture.  Based on my experience, I would recommend Greg for any vehicle EXCEPT a Ford Edge.

Doug and his team did a wonderful job from start to finish.  They assisted in demolition, selection of a new enclosure and provided and accurate quote from day one.  They were even able to install earlier than anticipated which made us so happy!  Doug was very professional and able to trouble shoot issues cropping up from other contractors involved with the process.
Every person that assisted with the work was thoughtful, helpful and timely.  The best!

"Allen quickly responded and scheduled a timely appointment to come to our home and provide an estimate. He was thorough in assessing the situation in our bathrooms, and provided helpful education and information. He ultimately repaired the grout in 3 bathrooms and referred me to another resource for further (more extensive) repair work in one of our bathrooms that was outside the scope of his services. He notified me via text when he was on his way and how long he expected to be there. He protected the areas he worked in and was neat and cleaned up the areas afterwards. He also assisted in removing a shower door in anticipation of another contractor who was to begin work in a couple of weeks."
