"Tom went above and beyond our expectations. He chose the right equipment that would serve us best. He maintained close contact over several weeks while we were planning and scheduling our antenna installation. Then, on the day of our install, my wife and I decided to add a TV over our fireplace. Tom rearranged his schedule to do that for us as well. During the install he had to do lots of work on the roof and in the attic. The antenna he selected is very small and intriguing to look at. The HD channels we now get are as good or better than my HD cable. Now, we have the HD channels Tom enabled us to have, our Blueray player, and our Apple box. All the HD TV we could ever need. The cost of today's changes (antenna, fireplace mount, and labor), will pay for itself in 3 months by eliminating our cable bill. Thanks a lot Tom. Job well done. The work itself was an overhaul of an outdated General Pacific Panel and relocation of an out of code closet panel to the outside, mast/riser, etc. This also requires arc faults, GFIs, ground rods, etc. They explained each step, walked me through the ins and outs of where the wiring was going, where the ground rods were getting placed, what types of breakers were needed for code, and came in below budget. Hard to find folks that shoot you straight, take care of all the additional questions you have, and allow you to make small changes to statement of work all under budget (I.e. installed an additional outlet and hardwired a ring doorbell through masonry). Would recommend you check them out, especially if you need an old General Pacific panel replaced or 50s/60s electrical brought up to code."
