"Auguste Noel email me shortly after my posting. Shortly after my reply to HIS email he called me and I explained my problem in detail. He quoted the cost repair and the cost for replacement (if necessary). I sent him pictures of the fixture and he again contacted me to setup a repair time. A repair appointment was set up for Tuesday at 2 PM. Around 11 AM on Tuesday Mr. Noel called and told me that he could come earlier, if it was OK with me. Mr. Noel showed up shortly after noon, evaluated what part would be needed, obtained the parts and installed them, while bringing all wiring up to the latest code. He protected the work area and cleaned up when he was finished. I would give Mr. Noel 5 stars for his professional manner, his friendliness and is knowledge. Highly recommended"

"John, Durval, and Liam, along with Ed who had come the week before to assess the situation and make recommendations, all showed on time for what was expected to be an all-day job. I went out about an hour after they started and returned 6 hours later to find that the job was already complete -- a few hours early. Honestly, it was incredible. And to boot, the job came in several hundred dollars less lthan the original estimate, even though there was an additional, unexpected aspect that needed doing. "JT electrical services took amazing care of my home upgrading my wiring and changing all the devices and fixtures in my home. Joe and Tyler showed up ready to work and worked hard all day. They upgraded the wiring in my house to include grounding in in all my devices and made me feel safer about the systems in my home. - Before they arrive, prepare a precise list of items you want serviced. Electricians have budgeted their time for a service call. They don’t have time for additional requests once they are on site.
- Make sure the electrical panel box is accessible. You’ll pay for the time it takes to access it.
- Clear away fragile items, knickknacks and furniture from areas where you expect the them to work.
- If you have questions about the project, ask them before they start. Most are happy to run you through the problem and the process of fixing it.
- Ask about potential issues after the work is complete. During a service call a professional will spot any potential hazards.
- You’ll lose power to parts of your home while they work. Be prepared to pause anything you’re doing during the service call.
- In most cases you’ll have the option to either pay at the time of service or have a bill sent to you. You’ll be able to pay with cash, credit and sometimes check.
