"Cesar helped me and my wife with some electrical projects in our 2 homes, apparently we had something called knob and tube and Cesar explained to us the risks of having that type of wiring in our home, he quoted us to replace all of this wiring we agreed on the price and he proceeded to perform the job in a very professional way, we had the job inspected and even the inspector was very impressed on how the job got done, so I hired him again to do EV charger installation and the main panel needed to be upgraded in my other home since it was an old panel he explained to be a zinsco panel I went online and effectively this thing was a fire hazard!
