"Chase did SO much more than just electrical. The 120 year old house needed a complete electrical rewire. Plumbing needed seeing to and he contracted that out and project managed for me. Walls needed to be fully rebuilt due to age and the electrical access. Identified a dodgy gas line. Fixed any odds and ends that came up. The reason this is so important is that this was my parents house that I now own because they passed away. I needed it ready to rent to my parents friends. I live 2 hours away and was never on site and did not have time. Chase worked directly with my renters on cosmetic items but otherwise worked totally independently. He is EXTREMELY trust worthy. He communicated anything I needed to know and was very responsive. All the work Chase did, and his assistance and understanding of the situation, was invaluable. It's amazing to trust someone to be in a house full of all your parents things and know that they will be honest, careful, and respectful. You should be grateful if you get him on a project for you."

"Had Jeff install motion detector lights around the perimeter of our house (which is brick) and he and his assistant did a fantastic job. All the lights look and work great. Not to mention, they installed these lights right after our big blizzard weekend, so not only did they work outside while it was snowing, they also had to dig out a Lot of snow (approx. 2-3 feet in places) just to be able to reach the area's where the fixtures were to be installed. We also had Jeff install an electric car charging station, which required installing a 40amp breaker and high gauge wire in order to install the required 220 outlet for the station."

This was my first time doing business with Heritage, and I am very impressed. I have signed up for their Home Advantage plan, which is basically like AAA, but for your house instead of your car. There is a low monthly cost, and I get free yearly cleanings of my furnace and A/C, 10% off all services, no emergency fees, and $500 off the install of a new furnace or A/C. I like having that peace of mind knowing professionals are helping to keep my home well-maintained. So far, I highly recommend Heritage!"
