Joe also advised me & corrected an error in the original installation of the generator by hoisting it and putting a level base under it so I'll get better & longer service out if it. "I used Fixer to replace a light fixture in my dining room. I have a very old building (over 100 years old) and always have issues with new electric fixtures, but Ricardo was great -- he figured out how to make it work using the existing junction box that I had and did it in a very timely manner. He was also very friendly and kept me updated on the progress. The light looks great and I'm very happy. Fixer seems more expensive on an hourly basis, but actually I probably would have been charged more if I went with a flat fee charge from someone else."

"Date of work done, 6/10/2015Randy was polite,appropriate and efficient. He was asked to evaluate three issues in the kitchen. While all three problems popped up in rapid succession, he found them to be unrelated. He carefully outlined what needed to be done and gave me a great quote. I elected to hire him on the spot. while he was working, he pointed out that all of my outlets should be GFI. None were (he checked to make sure they weren't just on a common GF circuit, as that is how the bathrooms are in my place.) He was able to additionally install a new ceiling fan, change out a light fixture and change the faulty switch, but correct the outlets AND change the garbage disposal wiring so the new one will just have to be plugged in rather than hard wired. I highly recommend Randy and will not hesitate to hire him again if a need arises. I AM WOWED! (Not a common occurrence for me.) Thanks, Randy!"

He visited my home 3 days later, inspected things, and told me what the approximate cost would be. He and his helper then installed an entire lightning protection system on both my house and a back garage/storage area. He did things exactly as I wanted in every way. Also threw in a free weathervane which increased the beauty of my home. I would have no objection to recommending this gentleman and his company to anyone who is in need of a competently installed lightning protection system for their home/property. MID-AMERICA LIGHTNING RODS is one fine company run by a man who cares about doing good work according to the latest safety codes etc. Having lost my previous retirement home to lightning, it was very important to me to get this job done and quickly because the thunderstorm season is upon us and with the climate change, those storms are very wicked, especially here out in the country where i live!"
