"The rep suggested several improvements including upgrading to a solar heating system. We are now in the process of installing a solar heating system. With government tax incentives over the next 2 years we will finance $15K. If I just keep paying what I was paying for my monthly power bill towards the solar panels and upgrades the payback is less that 7 years. After which, my electricity is free. System has a 30 year warranty. Looking forward to the installation and will provide feedback once it is installed and in operation."

This in the middle of storm damage all over our town! Serge explained them to me and we came up with a plan and though he could have, didn't charge me for the extra effort.
