"Jacob arrived in less than 30 minutes. You can't get any faster than that. He diagnosed problems with 4 ceiling fans, repaired the ones that were repairable, and installed a light switch all in about 2 hours. He is an expert on ceiling fans and advised me on what to tell the manufacturer for the warranty claims on the fans that could not be repaired. We will hire him again to install the warranty replacement fans and any other electrical work we need. He's top notch."

"I had a 2 year old outdoor ceiling fan that stopped working. No one including the manufacturer wanted to repair it. Freddi came to our home took the fan a part but couldn't fix it. However, he suggested swapping a fan from an area that didn't get much use with the non working fan. To our surprise the non working fan started working after it was reinstalled. Problem solved! We are very happy with the result and thankful that Freddi was willing to help us."
