They are coming back to see if the problem can be identified. We will continue to use them for any electrical issues that arise. The office staff, Celia, in particular, gave us some trouble shooting ideas that may identify the issue before the scheduled return visit. We are keeping our fingers crossed."

"I had an emergency service need: the electric cable providing power to my home detached from the outside of my house during a wind storm. Pat Tapia, the owner of B-Dyson Electric, came the very next morning to assess the damage and review what needed to be done to install/re-attach the cable according to code so that my electric company could restore power by that evening. He explained what needed to be done and acted quickly to get the "emergency" electrical work permit from the County as well as getting the necessary equipment (which thankfully was in stock), to do the job. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. "We hired Conte to install wiring and overhead light/fan fixtures for 3 bedrooms, and to install wiring and lighting for a large attic. We first got an appraisal, and the office staff had already tentatively scheduled a work date, which worked out well. I was at work during the process, but the crew of 2 electricians were able to let themselves in and perform the work. I came later to check it out and they did a terrific job. Frankly, if I didn't know I hired them, I would have never known they were there. Perfect work, everything cleaned up, and now we can see in the attic. They installed an illuminated switch in the hallway below attic so that we can turn on the lights from below and see (via the illuminated switch) if the lights are on or off. Definitely would hire them again."
