"Chip and his guys were fantastic. He had to come out to our house a couple of times to try to track down what the problem was because it kept trying to hide. But as soon as it got pinned down, he got it immediately fixed. He worked clean and fast, was friendly, had no problem answering any questions, and was always available by phone.
