Wouldn't know until he examined problem, and that could not happen until I hired him. *I Understood and I hired him. Repair took 30-minutes. I had him check something else because I had agreed to pay a minimum of 1-hour. The additional electrical check took another 15-minutes. ... Payment time came and he said he would charge me $60 instead of the $65 (per hour) quoted. I said thanks and wrote the check. He then said, "I forgot. I also have to charge you a $24 'lead fee' that Home Advisor charges me". ... I did not like the "after-sale" bump but paid it anyway. Since when does a customer have to pay for the marketing a contractor does? ... So, my recommendation to any reader of this review is this: He did great work. Was prompt and professional but, but, but, find out EXACTLY what his time will cost you INCLUDING any "fringe" charges if any. Don't let what I allowed to happen to me happen to you."
