"I had an electrical issue in my kitchen and the power to main floor went out. I ended up having a back switch that needed to be replaced. I was quickly contacted to understand the issue, and DLP Electric was willing to come out today, however I had already just hired a technician from another company to handle (right before I spoke to DLP). Having said that, DLP Electric was professional and very helpful, and I would hire them if I ever needed electric work performed in my house. Great customer service and very responsive."

"Ross, the owner of the company is a true professional and trade enthusiast. His work is really impressive, you can tell he's passionate and educated in his field. Price was exactly what he quoted me despite having to make additional changes to my electrical box to remedy what was a fire-hazard that they had discovered, and we had no idea about. Perfect opportunity for any other electrician to layer on the extras and add-ons and additional costs, but not Ross. He re-wired our box so that it was code compliant, and fixed the potential fire hazard and installed the box, all for the original estimate. Thank goodness we found Ross, and the Buckley Electric team, our electricians for life."

"I really loved working with Power Forward. We needed a 50A external connector and interlock fitted for a portable generator, a new floodlight and a smart doorbell wired up. Ian Stewart responded immediately to my request for a quote and was very helpful going over my options and discussing generators at length to ensure I was going to be set up right and I was able to get a fair and detailed quote very quickly. After accepting online, Morgan was very helpful setting up the appointment and Chris Woosley, who was the technician that came around to install everything, was also very knowledgeable, enthusiastically answered all my questions and worked diligently and neatly. "I cannot sing the praises of Ian and Power Forward enough! He is outstanding. The jobs he did for me were fixing a switch panel that was overheating, installing a new light fixture. replacing light bulbs on outdoor lights that are high up and installing timers for those outdoor lights. He showed up on time. He called to say he was on his way. He works very efficiently and is very clean. He was very respectful wearing a mask and wearing shoe covers. I called him back for an issue a month later that had nothing to do with what he did prior. It was a Saturday and he came right out for the issue. I was so surprised he was available on a Saturday. I will continue to use him for all my electrical needs and my family and friends will also be using him. He's fantastic!"
