"They were exemplary! I've never owned a generator and after their visit, I already feel like a pro. The price was agreed upon during the first visit when they came to see exactly what needed to be done. (This first visit was without charge because of being an Angie's List member.) AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. (They even took the generator from the box and assembled the last few items for me.) The best part was that I did not have to ask. THEY wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable so if/when the next hurricane arrives, getting power back to my house will be done quickly and with ease. I will definitely hire them again for any electrical need. They go well above and beyond for their customers."

"John was punctual and he inspected all outlets of room without electrical power, including unscrewing the outlet cover to check the inside wires. He was thorough and noticed that there might be some moisture inside the wall that may be contributing to the electric problem. He replaced the faulty breaker and everything is working fine now."

"Bolt Electric is a wonderful, professional, responsive, fair price company! You really couldn’t ask for a better company for electrical work! Called Bolt Electric number and thought I was calling a Clearwater location as I live in Seminole, FL, so I was surprised when I realized the electrician Zack had come from Sarasota, but I am within their service area. Zack said they work in Pinellas County all the time, very normal for them. Bolt Electric was great in all respect of scheduling and electrician was on time. "I am in the market of shopping for homeowner's insurance and my inspector spotted an issue in the wiring inside of my exterior electric box that needed immediate attention. I located Mr. Sparky on Home Advisor and received an immediate return call to schedule a service appointment. I had already had two previous quotes done and I was not satisfied with the professionalism or the pricing I had been offered. Mr. Sparky had a representative show up within 48 hours of my inquiry, and they were able to give me a quote and completed the repair on the same day! "What started out as a request to fix my own mistakes upgrading outlets turned into a much needed remediation of a long delayed problem area. Our original 1975 electrical panal (see before pic) was having a meltdown which the pros at Swift Electrical Repair were able to quickly identify, make the necessary request for permitting, did a total replacement, including the old corroding grounding setup, mapping of all of the outlets in the house and scheduling an inspection of the work by the city. All we did was help answer some of the team's questions for where we needed help. Exceeding my expectations at each stage of the project, we are looking forward to partnering more with the team at Swift to help modernize our downtown Cape Coral home to bring it up to modern code standards.
