"We have struggled to find accountable contractors and Wire Works finally did us justice. Laura, Chris, Jeremy and Sergei impressed us with options, communication, execution and performance. My family, from trades, are very much into code compliance, as well installation aesthetics and the Wire Works Team satisfied both on providing a new electrical service and modifying existing 1954 electrical arrangements. We are pleased to recommend Wire Works as your contractor and look forward to hiring them for future needs."

"☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Amazing! I had a panel upgrade on a house over 100 yrs old, and 4 dedicated circuits installed, as well as having it future proofed for things I may have - solar, an electric vehicle, central air, a generac, and an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU/aka Tiny House) They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced, as well informative ‐ gave me a pretty accurate quote upfront And always let me know when they would be over, what they were going to do, and how long it should take them. Only took them a handful of visits. When I need electrical services in the future I will definitely be calling them back! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆"

"I hired Derek and his colleague to wire up our new hot tub. He was excellent at communicating and providing an estimate before work was started. The quality of work he provided exceeded my expectations. Everything was done neatly, to code, and did not leave a mess at my house. A sprinkler line was damaged during trenching, since we didn't know it was there, and he made the repairs with no questions asked. I would definitely hire him or recommend for electrical work. "Kenny, the electrian was very friendly and knowable. It took least than an hour so he was happy to do a few other little problems I had. I was very happy with the job and the cost! I will be calling them again for any electrical work I need done and already telling friends about them."

"Mike was extremely polite, professional & informative. Despite the fact that he had to leave abruptly from Battle Creek, in order to secure another assignment in Holland. I look forward to having Mike perform any future electrical projects when heâ s available to do so."

"Jarod did an excellent job. Completed an EV outlet install in a few hours. He came out to do an estimate and had all the supplies he needed in his truck and hired him on the spot. Fair pricing and very neat a clean work. EV outlet works like a charm. Will definitely hire him to do future work at my house."

Always start by confirming the pro’s license number, insurance coverage, and experience level. Visit the electrician’s website, scan recent customer reviews, and verify credentials with your local labor department. Request proof of liability insurance and at least two references that you can contact. These quick checks take only a few minutes but go a long way toward ensuring safe, code-compliant work and protecting your home in the event of an issue.
Grouping several electrical jobs into one appointment means you pay a single service-call fee and one set of travel expenses. Instead of asking a pro to return three separate times for outlets, switches, and fixtures, have everything tackled in one visit. The electrician stays productive, and you avoid extra trip charges, often shaving a sizable chunk off the final bill without compromising quality.
DIY electrical work can be dangerous and, in many areas, illegal without a license. One miswired connection risks shocks, fires, or expensive damage. Licensed electricians carry the right tools, follow local code, and know how to shut down power safely before they start. Hiring a pro may cost more upfront, but it protects your home, family, and insurance coverage in the long run.
