"I have an annual service contract with FAST of Florida, and I called them yesterday to check on what I thought was a leaking condenser on my roof. Roberto came out the same evening, went up on the roof to check the condenser, and made a video to show me the condition. There was no leak, but he did identify that there were wires on the unit that had deteriorated to the point that copper was showing through the lines in several places. He fixed that and checked the remaining components and identified other areas of issue, that he also repaired. Roberto was so knowledgeable, informative, professional and courteous. He was so helpful and took the time to video what he saw and then explained to me what he was seeing. It was truly a pleasure to meet someone who took pride in his work and wanted to make everything just right for the customer."

"I recently completed a home renovation and I hired Ramtech Electric for 2 jobs. First, Richard and Castro came and reconfigured our home computer network. My son gave them the specs on how he wanted the network run in the house and Richard was able to do exactly what we wanted. They did an amazing job and everything is running smoothly. Second, I needed new lights and fans and front porch lights installed. Again Richard and Castro did a great job. "I needed diagnostics and repairs of a doorbell that ceased to function after pressure washing of the home; we replaced the bell, but it was still not functional. Brett quickly found and repaired the issue. He also found a problem with the 20 year old surge protector, which was double tapped to the main breaker. He installed a new surge protector and removed it from the main breaker. I did not even know this was a problem, as the home inspector had not discussed it with us when we purchased a year ago. I greatly appreciate that Brett was not only polite and punctual, but that he could make needed recommendations about an unrelated issue that will likely save me a lot of money in the future!"

"John Sherlock and his wife Corrine called within 1/2 hour of looking for Lightning Rod installers. He was available and was over to talk with us within one hour. He sent all his credentials and licenses and insurance coverages of his business and they came over the next morning and completed the installation extremely fast. He gave a fantastic offer, and lifetime warranty coverage and will even come over and take down system when we replace the roof and place back up at no charge! His wife even saw some plants we had not put in the garden still sitting in containers, and offered and planted them in the spaces we wanted, just to help out. Very friendly, helpful, professional, extremely knowledgeable and even suggested adding Lakeland Electrics Surge Protector protection they provide to go along with the Lightning rods. Yes would have them again on any home anytime."
