Otis installed my ceiling fans, recess lighting, exterior lighting and outlet to my satisfaction. He was very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain what type of lighting he was installing (LED, CFL, soft lighting vs. daylight, etc...) With his honest phone diagnosis I was able to contact the power company prior to his on-site diagnosis and the issue was resolved by the power company.
