"Had an electrician out to give me an estimate on replacing my electrical panel. Decided against replacing it because that wouldn't have solved my issue. My house was built in the 60's so it needs all new wiring. I just had him show me which outlets were on each of the channels so that I could spread out my devices that needed a lot of power, specifically my space heaters."

"Washer and dryer suddenly stopped working and we could not correct by checking electrical box. Ryan came to our house quickly and found that he could correct the problem with simple resetting the electrical box and did not charge for the service. He was informative, friendly and we have kept his card for any future electrical needs. You will not be disappointed if you hire Ryan Deeds, owner of Lock & Alert Electrical Systems. Thank you, Ryan."

"Wilson Electric was great to work with, they promptly responded for my request for a quote and provided me an estimated price for the job as described. The day they arrived to do the work, they finished in about 2 hours and made sure we were happy with the job. I would use them again in the future."

"When my pool was being built, I needed four pumps installed and connected to run my pool, jacuzzi, and pool slide, all integrated through my Pentair automated system. I also needed four Pentair LED pool lights, along with all of the exterior ambient lighting around the property Tony, the owner of CLE, did an outstanding job from start to finish. Not only did he complete all of the electrical work perfectly, but he also made sure my electrical panel was properly updated and everything was squared away and up to code. He even routed everything underground, resulting in a clean, professional clean-looking installation. Talk about attention to detail! As a retired Marine, attention to detail means everything to me—and Tony absolutely surpassed my expectations. He was professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, and made every step of the project look easy. If you want meticulous electrical work done, look no more!"

Always start by confirming the pro’s license number, insurance coverage, and experience level. Visit the electrician’s website, scan recent customer reviews, and verify credentials with your local labor department. Request proof of liability insurance and at least two references that you can contact. These quick checks take only a few minutes but go a long way toward ensuring safe, code-compliant work and protecting your home in the event of an issue.
Grouping several electrical jobs into one appointment means you pay a single service-call fee and one set of travel expenses. Instead of asking a pro to return three separate times for outlets, switches, and fixtures, have everything tackled in one visit. The electrician stays productive, and you avoid extra trip charges, often shaving a sizable chunk off the final bill without compromising quality.
DIY electrical work can be dangerous and, in many areas, illegal without a license. One miswired connection risks shocks, fires, or expensive damage. Licensed electricians carry the right tools, follow local code, and know how to shut down power safely before they start. Hiring a pro may cost more upfront, but it protects your home, family, and insurance coverage in the long run.
