The problem was not one he could resolve because ot was an issue that was from outside in the electrical meter. He did jar it enough to get things started. "This company was terrific. When I called to schedule the appointment, the woman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helped me determine what service I needed. In addition, I was mailed a work order in advance listing everything that would be included with the basic annual maintenance service I signed up for. The technician arrived right on time and did a great job of explaining to us any issues he ran into. We had all the parts needed on his truck and was able to complete the repair on that initial visit. He advised me that I would be mailed bill and could pay by check or credit card when I received it in the mail. When the bill arrived, everything was exactly as quoted. No surprises or problems of any kind. A great company to work with.
