"We remodeled our kitchen with Gaetaway Electric, and let me say how impressed and pleased we are! Not only was Jacob professional, but he was also very communicative and detailed with every step. He is very knowledgeable in the electrical field, and gave us several different options and ideas. We were very hesitant on remodeling because we knew that with a lot of contractor work, it can take longer than what is expected. But Jacob was sure to finish on time, and we didnâ t experience any delays! We truly feel that this is a passion to Jacob, and he definitely goes above and beyond, and it shows in his work. Not only will he be our go to person for any of our electrical needs, but we have already referred him to our family and friends! Hands down, excellent service!!"

"Saul and Juan arrived on time, determined where the fault lay, advised me on what I can do to save some labor costs by running wire myself. I have worked on some electrical equipment over the years so usually am familiar with what is needed or not needed. These guys didnâ  t try to sell me something I didnâ  t need. Very professional and I would recommend them to others. Thx. Brian Napa County"

"I requested a pro from Angie, got a free inspection and quote M-A-D Electric within a couple days and the rest was very easy. Easy communication, he showed up when he said he’d arrive, finished and cleaned up, explained what has been done, and made sure all permits were taken care of and signed off. Price seemed like it was about average for what people pay for this, not over the top but not deeply discounted; and that’s fine. I’d rather pay for good service than have a headache. I opted to buy my own equipment through the PG&E rebate program. If we need more electrical work done I will be calling again, because quality work with good communication is hard to come by."
