"Cole Electric has good communication with the customer from your first inquiry, email & text follow up . They requested photos of what I need to address so they understand all aspects of the job. The office contacted me to say the electrician could arrive early. The 2 electricians were professional knowledgeable and addressed my concerns. The ceiling fan installed by someone else was missing screws on the down rod as well as other things not done correctly. They replaced the missing screws, rebuilt the fan and reinstalled it. No more wobble. The 2 under cabinet light fixtures were installed perfectly, no extra cables showing. You get what you pay for and Cole Electric electricians do the job right the first time. I recommend this company and will use them again."

I was very please with his work. I t didn’t take long at all. I would definitely be calling Norva again for future work."

"Everything went very well. James was fantastic! Very professional and friendly. Gave advice on how to fix minor electrical issues on my own. Goes above and beyond by letting u know other electrical problems found within the home (he took a picture and showed me....problem was in the attic). Overall, I would used this company again."

"E C Electronics did a great job installing our 65" OLED TV. Hid wires, to the AV system up and running, etc. They also took our ceiling fan down, mounted two Ring Door Bells (ran electric for one of them, mounted a Ring Flood cam and a few other misc. items. "While they could not service our gas fireplace pilot light, the customer service representative who called provided a lot of information on their semi-annual HVAC service packages and sent quotations for two levels of service for our gas heating system and electric A/C system, one more comprehensive than the other which included emergency plumbing and electrical services, as needed."

"William , the owner contacted me soon after I left a message on his phone. He was very prompt in getting me a quote for lightning rods that same day and happened to be in the area locally. We scheduled for him to install two days later. We were very happy with their work, meticulous and detailed. We canâ t notice any rods from the front of the house and they do their best to hide the cable so you canâ t see it. Our house got hit by lightning a year ago and it is not something I want to go thru again with the rebuilding of our house. We have a peace of mind that our house has protection now. William was very reasonable as far as cost compared to the other quotes that we got from other companies. We are so happy we found a great company that is honest and does good work. His company comes back every five years to check that the rods and cables are in good working order!"

"Got the additional power outlet installed in the bathroom within 3 days of my request. Jason came and gave me available options and I chose the least expensive option without having to run new wiring from the panel. I will call Jason again for future electrical jobs."
