Jim was the first one to immediately respond to my inquiry on this site. From our first text to our meeting and projected estimate viewing, he was outstanding. Jim not only is a honest tradesman, he is an amazing educator; he explained the why and how for everything. When it was time to get the work completed, I was once again pleased to find his team member, electrician Josh Smith was equally wonderful. Josh has the patience and the knowledge to complete the work to the exact specifications and educated me on the new state standards, the most cost-efficient choices. and about electricity in general!!! "Alan is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I am the type of person who asks a lot of questions, Alan took the time to fully answer each of my questions without rushing, I really appreciated that. I contacted several electricians and he was first to come to my house to review the project and provide me with a price on the complete project. Another electrician, once he found out it was a detached garage, told me he would not do the trench work, and I would have to find someone else to do it. I told him not to both giving me a price. The trench work tuned out to be the hardest part of the job. In trenching to the garage, a massive root was uncovered; Alan handled it very professionally and did the necessary work to properly install the wire. I would defiantly recommend him he did the complete job, pulling permits, having the work inspected, the total installation and cleanup. I think you would be happy with his work."
