Only let puppy drive him crazy for a few minutes, but he was so kind to be so nice about Finn wanting to play with him. I don’t write a lot of reviews, because I don’t want to write something bad about a company. It seems so many want to hurt a company, when not necessary and I don’t write good ones unless company has been truly wonderful! "I received a confirmation two days before date that my technician would be at my location at 8:30 am. I called at 9 when no one showed. I was told my technician had an emergency call and they would have to get someone else to come out. A technician finally showed at 10:30. It should be noted that I work second shift and had to get up early for this appointment, had I known they would be two hours late, I would not of had to loose sleep. What really angered me is the next morning I had freezing cold water to take my shower in. I found that he did not turn the power back on at the electrical box to the water heater. Substandard in my opinion,, I personally will not use this company in the future."
