"Mark did a great job & fixed my storm damaged electric box connection. The damage occurred before sunrise saturday morning & they were able to make an assessment & provide an estimate later that day. Unfortunately damage over weekend means parts stores aren't open & city inspector can't make it out till monday. So all repairs were done on monday & late that night Duke was finally able to reconnect service. Why can't these storms pass through on monday - thursday! Leave me weekend alone!"

They did a great job at following up on these steps and the generator works perfectly. Since that time we called them for some smaller electrical jobs. They are very detailed oriented, an example would be that I gave what I thought I wanted and they gave feedback based on their experience showing a better way to do it. I welcomed this and was happy they suggested it."
