He installed the first fan and that’s when we realized it didn’t work. Michael moved onto the second fan while I ran out to Lowe’s to purchase another fan. Once the second fan was up and running, he went back and removed the first fan and installed the new one I had purchased. Michael wrapped up the broken one for us to return. Michael went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciated it. He was friendly, tidy (he took all of the trash from the three ceiling fan boxes) and knowledgeable. "Absolutely, positively spectacular.  Derek was always responsive, incredibly professional and very, very easy to deal with, which was especially important for us as out-of-town owners who could not be on site when the work was being done.  For example, when Derek's team found a leaking water line during moving the refrigerator to paint, they shut the water off and and notified me by email immediately.  Finished product was first rate and meticulously performed.
