He removed the fluorescent ceiling light fixture and installed my choice of a lighted ceiling fan. He replaced and painted the damaged wood trim below the window. He installed horizontal faux wood window blinds. To the space that that was meant to be a clothes closet Danny painted it, added a clothes rod, a shelf and new closet doors. I had attempted to install the ceiling fan myself (I have installed 15-20 in the past), but ended up having a problem with this particular house and there did not appear to be a fan box already installed that would accommodate the new fan. They came over and took care of this, including the fact I was able to leave the fan up, and they came over and redid the configuration and made it right.
