HI, I'm Terry Manier. I've been in construction, and related fields for 15 years. I'm highly experienced in ALL aspects of home construction and related materials. The best use of my abilities are with people who have a list of things needing added or repaired around the home. A punch list. Small projects are my specialty. I also do electrical, plumbing, and metal fabrication. I have a background in industrial and visual design, so if you need ideas for your projects I'm happy to help. As a hobby I build mid-century modern furniture. Thanks! I look forward to hearing from you!

"I had two things to be done but only one was completed. I wanted my fan connected with the remote that came with it but the electrician couldn't get it to work so he provided a different switch that works. I also wanted a floor out put in but he didn't have time that day and said someone would be by the next (this was a Fri) week to put it in first thing in the morning or at the end of a day. We have not heard from the company since. I was quoted a price for both jobs but the fan ended up being almost all of the quote -- not including the new switch for the fan. They did good work but I was not happy with customer service when they were to return to complete the other job and the cost was more than I felt it should be. It did take more time to fix the fan."
