He efficiently reviewed the situation prior to the day of the installation. On the day that the work was done, the installation team provided advance notice of their arrival. They laid down plastic sheeting to cover carpets, wore PPE, and accessed the work area through the patio and basement to minimize direct contact during COVID. The work was completed on-time and within budget. The team gave me the HVAC product brochures and registration information, and I was able to register successfully for an extended parts warranty with the manufacturer.
