"Nick, the owner, came out to look to see what work needed to be done and an estimate was provided and we agreed to have the work completed. When I received the estimate, I was a little confused as they listed someone else who was going to do the work. That should have been made clear upfront so there would be no confusion. The handyman, I believe his name is Gary, who came out was very thorough. Initially we were told the exhaust fan would vent to the side of the house but he looked inside the roof and said that he could just attach the ductwork to the other one that was already there so no additional holes would need to be made. This was great news. Had we known that upfront though we could have gotten the correct vent cap so we needed to make a return trip to return what we had purchased. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Follow-up has been great and we would definitely hire them again. They are a small company but very professional."
