"There was some difficulty with communication due to language barrier; however, the assigned supervisor was available by phone and responded promptly to any concerns/questions, and I speak some Spanish. Extremely hard working, competent crew. They work quickly and are very efficient. Unfortunately, the magnetic sweep(s) after completion were not done well and there were dozens of nails left, one of which punctured my husband's tire. However, someone responded immediately (same afternoon) to my complaint and did a thorough sweep. Aside from this, great job. I will not be able to fully rate quality until we see how the roof holds up over time, but so far no leaks, etc. (and we have had some very heavy rains). Also, workers installed two solar attic fans which I purchased separately (no extra charge). Office personnel are very polite, helpful and responsive."
