"Antonio was great. I had 2 ceiling fans installed on a 15 foot high pitched ceiling. The fans I purchased were meant for a ceiling with a much smaller pitch so they were not able hang straight as is. I thought I would have to wait and buy some additional hardware to complete the job but Antonio clearly communicated with me to show me why they wouldn’t work and talked me through a few ideas he wanted to try to make it work. It took a bit more time but in the end he was able to make some cuts and holes to the fans and they worked out great in the end. Klaus responded quickly by phone and was able to come over the next day while we were still in town and listen to what we wanted done and talk us through how he would handle our project -- all without charging a fee. The following Monday after we returned to our DC metro area house, he emailed us a reasonable estimate and did not even require a partial payment upon our acceptance of his offer. Even though we would not be present for the installation, we felt comfortable with Klaus completing the job according to our wishes. He picked up the fans we had ordered at a local distributor and included the cost in our final bill. He kept in touch by phone during the installation and resolved a few unforeseen issues on the spot. Since we were not able to come back to inspect the work for a couple weeks, we offered to make a partial payment, but Klaus refused. A minor concern was that one of the fans had a slight wobble caused by a couple loose screws on the mounting stem, but we were able to quickly rectify the problem ourselves. "Anthony, Orlando, and their crew were extremely professional.  They started by arriving early  and immediately got to work. They were extremely respectful of my house, and were careful bringing in their gear. It was raining all day, and yet, they managed to keep any water, mud, or grass from coming inside.
They took care of everything. Sanded and primed the walls, removed nails, fixed holes and seams, and carefully moved all the furniture. You couldn't ask for a better crew. Their communication was excellent and I was always aware of their progress.
Once they readied the rooms, a huge task, they meticulously primed the walls and ceiling, followed by two coats of paints on the walls and ceilings.  They took great care in making sure the paint went on smoothly and quickly.
So all the rooms were done in a day! Simply awesome results. I will hire Anthony, Orlando, and their crew for the next job, and recommend them highly.
