"I hired Jev Jesjunins as general contractor/project manager to renovate and rebuild a mid-1950’s ranch home in Portland which had not been updated since initial construction. During the process we discovered many unanticipated problems from leaking pipes and leaking basement walls to seemingly unending roadblocks with the City's building department. All issues were resolved in a highly professional and efficient manner. In addition to managing the project and working with subcontractors, Jev’s company was directly involved in rough and finished carpentry, sheetrock hanging/finishing, windows/doors installation, insulation, building the garage and mudroom, front porch, and back deck. His company also handled gutters installation; interior and exterior painting and various handyman projects. Jev was also a great partner in questions of design. "We have, for decades, done our own maintenance on the house. But, now we want the exterior trim on our 1940's, 70's ,80's, 90,'s house repaired, replaced, and refurbished. So we needed base carpentry, finish work and painting. Jerry and his team provided it all. The clapboards and decking that needed repair were fitted in and once painted the patches are invisible. The painters made the house look new, windows, doors, trim, decks, siding and bulkhead are pristine.. The corbels were rebuilt and where we had an old AC removed I got a new small window to brighten the dog room. I am very picky (my husband would say that is a massive understatement). I found Jerry Boutin of Leak Seekers and his Team Professional, Precise, Patient and amazingly Pleasant. The agreed on price was met and the only big change, my window was extra. We had some new wood and they have promised to come back next summer to make sure the paint has not bubbled/peeled. We are very pleased and would hire again."
